On Monday October 22, some of my family went to the Pirates Dinner Adventure to celebrate Rick's birthday. We had already had a birthday dinner for him so this was a surprise for him. It's a dinner and show, like Medieval Times, but with pirates and a cursed treasure. We were on team orange pirate, Andre. The food was good, the show was hilarious, and a good time was had by all.
Each pirate came out and picked to be the pirate's helper during one of the challenges and get to man the team flag. SHOCKER that Becca was picked from our group. (That was sarcastic, obviously)
So during part of the show, they had this girl doing this crazy acrobatic stuff like Cirque de Soleil. Ya, that's her hanging upside down doing the splits with the fabric wrapped around her feet. Seriously crazy.
At one point, they asked some of the men to help with the show so Rick and Matt both participated. Rick was pulling rope and Matt was hauling treasure.
This has to be the most retarded picture of our family but it's the only one I got.
Happy Birthday Rick!
Logan was all decked out in his pirate outfit. You can't see it from this picture but there's an anchor on the butt. Super cute pirate.
And my daniel wearing his Jake and the Neverland Pirates shirt, eating with both a fork and his hands. It's a good thing he's handsome.
