Daniel's Preschool Graduation

This was Daniel's 2nd year of preschool and his last.  Which means, graduation.  Since we super sucked last year, Matt and I both took the day off for the event.  Graduation was at 10 in the morning and Grammy and Lins were able to come with us as well.  Here he is getting his hat.

 Logan is excited too.
They called each kid up, one by one, and had them stand on this table while the teacher read some of their favorite things about preschool.  Daniel's favorite snack was French toast (he doesn't mess around) and his favorite part of preschool was that "it was cool."
This was seriously the way he looked the entire time she was reading his favorite things.
 That's more normal.
Daniel and Miss Virginia.  Mrs. Erin was at the hospital, getting ready to have a baby...

We are so proud of you Daniel!  I can't believe that you are starting Kindergarten next year big boy!

Memorial Day 2013

After the haircut, we went over to my mom's to swim, bbq, and celebrate Shannon's birthday.  Logan had never been in the pool before and we found out that this kid likes to splash!

Logan and Charlie.  I could have chosen a better picture of Becca and me but this one is the best one of the 2 little guys.
Me and my boys.  This was the better one of Daniel believe it or not.
A little tuckered out.  I'm pretty sure we have a picture of Daniel like this after his first swimming adventure as well!

Logan's first haircut

Logan was born with soooooo much hair, it's a little ridiculous.  And he never lost any of it so it just grew longer and longer.  There were a couple of times over the course a few months where Matt and I thought, we need to cut his hair.  But then one of us would chicken out.  He was still so little, I wasn't ready for that yet.  But he kept getting mistaken for a girl and Danica kept putting his hair in ponytails.  So we finally decided to do it Memorial Day, May 27th.  This is a really good before picture and it was still over 2 weeks earlier.
We went over to the Farrer's house so Tristen could give him a proper hair cut.  He was not so sure when we started.

But then we started feeding him some banana and this kid will do just about anything for food.
Seriously, look how long it is pulled out like that!!!
 Ummm, what are you doing?

That wasn't so bad. He's excited that it's almost over!
Now he looks like a boy!  It's amazing though - he already needs another hair cut!
